Exchange & Returns Policy

At Luna, we want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchanges:

  • Items can be exchanged within  2 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
  • To request an exchange, please contact us at lunaclothing.pk@gmail.com or our WhatsApp 03200003088.
  • Shipping costs for exchanges will be borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 Color Disclaimer

Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings. Minor variations are normal and not eligible for exchange.

Shipping Policy

We deliver across Pakistan and ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders are shipped Monday to Saturday.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes:

  • Standard Delivery: 1-2 weeks 
  • Shipping times may vary due to public holidays or courier delays.

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp.
  • You can track your order using the courier’s tracking portal.

Lost or Delayed Shipments:

  • If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us at lunaclothing.pk@gmail.com. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
